Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 17, 2016/02/22) */ I had did all the work that was on contract I had told customer they would need dirt to build up against I would pay for dirt if they wanted me to put it down I would have to charge extra I had other jobs that where in schedule and yes I didn't know when I was going to be able to start them be as soon as I did I started there job all concrete work was done in a timely fashion I as had more work in schedule and the customer kept calling me to bring her dirt when I had told them to find a place to get it from and send me a bill I couldn't just drop what I was doing to bring them dirt for the fact I was serving other Costmer's then I had enough with the phone calls that I had went and got them dirt mind you that it was a minute drive both ways the dirt was screen fill dirt which was dollars a yard I had gotten yards figuring that they could use that to build up to and then get themselves some nice top soil but after I drop dirt I had received a call mind you again weeks later on my voicemail of her husband screaming at me that he didn't know wat kind of games I was trying to play that the dirt was junk he going to have it hauled to my house so my thinking was it took you two weeks to bring this up if dirt was junk u can look at from far away and know its no good and call me the same day I just don't get wat was wrong with it It looked good to me and I would have used it at my house no problem I am willing to work something out with Costmer but will not give half back because they didn't pay me to do dirt work they paid me to concrete work and far as quick Crete I was not put on contract there for it was forgotten I was something we had talked about and for that I'm sry and would greatly do for them if they desire Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 19, 2016/03/04) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I appreciate his response, though some of the statements are incorrect. Travis Brown has contacted me via text and we have reached a settlement. Travis Brown & his company Etched In Stone have agreed to reimburse us $1,000 by the beginning of April.
