I just had almost the exact same experience as the first reviewer... purchased an item on ***, received confirmation number... was given a tracking number and expected date of delivery.. when shipment date arrived and passed... no item.. reached out to them and they responded with "Oops, we somehow forgot to process your order and it's no longer available.... insincere apology followed" ... WHaaaat ?.... confirmation number... tracking number ... and "we forgot to process the order"... this was fabric for making hospital masks... I wonder who actually was able to get my bolt of fabric... UNACCEPTABLE !!.. and I hope people read these two reviews.. too bad we can't report to Revdex.com...

We are doing everything we can to ship out orders in a timely fashion to all of our customers while managing our business from home in compliance with the Washington State Stay at Home Order. In this case we failed to ship this product and by the time he contacted us and we discovered the technical issue there was nothing we could do but issue a full refund. Etailz maintains a 99% approval rating on *** and we work hard to serve our customers. In this case, we apologize for the inconvenience we caused.
I ordered a pair of earbuds that were advertised as new. I instead received an open box item that was missing pieces and looked used. They said that since it was fulfilled by Amazon there was nothing that they could do, despite being the seller.

Thank you for reaching out and letting us know. We are truly sorry if you received a pair of used earbuds and we take your complaint very seriously.
This product was filled and shipped directly from our Amazon distribution center and it sounds like a customer may have returned the earbuds and they were erroneously placed back into the new inventory instead of the "return to seller" bin.
We have reached out to Amazon with this problem and requested that our listing be closed until they've completed an audit on the remaining inventory.

Absolutely disgusting taste and no moral care for customer interaction! I ordered something which turned out to be mispriced. After 4 days, the order was cancelled and no attempt to complete the order was made. After only 1 copy/paste response (which was obvious from the text) despite 3 separate attempts to gather more information, I was forced to give up. At no point was I ever offered anything beyond a "sincere apology". There was no attempt to work through the problem together, no offer to get me a better price on what I had desired, no action towards resolving the issue; just perpetuating the problem by ignoring me. As someone who runs a retail chain for a living, I am deeply saddened by this poor excuse for customer service and would hope you all could do much much better. Until then, I am taking my business elsewhere and informing every person with a set of ears to do the same.
