On 7/our customer service team expedited an order to this customer with the product and previously had sent return shipping labels free of charge for her to send back incorrect productsWe have handled the situation in a completely accommodating fashion and the result will be the customer receiving the correct product this weekWe also called and left a voicemail on Tuesday and eventually spoke to her on the phone taking responsibility and apologizing for the inconvenienceThis has been resolved and we hope to have this negative review removed as soon as possibleThank you!

We are so sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused Mr***, but have responded to him several times to explain that the listing was incorrectly listed outside of our controlWe have approved a full refund and are covering all charges associated with return shippingUnfortunately we are not
able to provide an E07K as this was clearly priced accordingly for the EThere is nothing more to be done on Mr.***'s behalf besides sending back the item he receivedWe understand that this is not what Mr.*** is demanding and again would like to apologize for the inconvenience, but we have followed all requirements for a full refund and returnThank you

They failed to deliver what I ordered and didn't tell me it's wrongly listed before sent me a lower version of the item and before I emailed to them to clarify. They rejected to offer a replacement and still claimed that they reasonably price E06 as $35+ while most others are selling it for $20ish before any discount. The E06 is not something I ordered, of course, I'm going to return it to them. I don't get any instruction (which I demand from my complaint) of how should I repackage it. so I will just re-use the foam envelop that they used to send the wrong item.Overall, for what I want to say is their business practice and how they treat customer is not something I agreed with and hopefully, I won't see any more American business like this. Am I going to buy anything from them again or recommend anyone to do so? Of course NOT!!

" They act like I owed them something and they do me a favor. The item is in the original package etailz sent to me and I never opened it (it's not something I ordered). The only thing I opened is the foam envelop that I have to tear it open to find out what inside. Review: I p reordered a speaker on amazon sold by Etailz. The order was placed in early Dec, and the delivery date was stated as 5 Jan to 20 Jan. After 20 Jan I called amazon and they said they would contact Etailz and have them email me. I told them that I did get an email saying the item had shipped but had not received the item. Etailz got back to me via email and said they marked the item as shipped because amazon would cancel orders if they did not ship it by the delivery date and the item was going to be late. Etailz said the item would actually be delivered by Jan 31. It is now 1 Feb and still no speaker. So Etailz falsely said the item was shipped so amazon would not cancel the order. Etailz also delayed the delivery date advertised. Through all this, I did not receive a single notice of anything from Etailz.Desired Settlement: I want my speaker that I ordered.

Production was delayed and the item was shipped to the customer. See link with confirmed tracking. I apologize for the delays they were not on our end but on the manufacturer's side of things.

Review: On Jan 16, 2016, I ordered [redacted] Andes USB DAC and Portable Headphone Amplifier (Black) from Walmart market place and the seller is eTailz for $35.74. I got an order confirmation email the same day stating what I ordered and the estimated arrival time (Jan 28th). Two days later, I got the shipping confirmation email of my order saying that my order ([redacted]) is shipped. couple days later (Jan 23rd), the package arrived my home. I'm so excited and opened it up immediately just like kids with their new toys. However, when I opened the package, the item inside is *NOT[redacted], it's actually a FiiO E06, an old and cheaper model. I were thinking they may just miss-placed the item and then I went to send them an email asking for replacement. Two days later, on Jan 25th, they replied saying that they're not authorized to sell [redacted] on Walmart and it's Walmart mistake to put it there and they're originally mean to sell E06 (really? are not authorized to sell [redacted] but are authorized to sell FiiO E06)? Upon checking walmart.com, I can't find any E06 sold by etailz. I went to check other web merchant sites (e.g. amazon.com) and found out that etailz actually selling [redacted] there!! So, I'm not too sure about this 'not authorized thing'. Moreover, if I didn't send them an email (e.g. If I bought it as gift to send to my friends or parents or kids then I may not be able to find out they actually got the E06 instead of E07K that I bought for them). This will all go unnoticed and to me this is not a very honest way to conduct a business. I replied back and saying that the regular price of E06 is in $20ish and no one will pay $35 for it. I demand what I paid for and I don't mind going through the trouble and wait for another week to get the 'right' item. And then they replied back and saying other things like it's listed wrong by Walmart and they're actually selling e06 and blah blah blah. Basically, they're saying that it's not their fault so they won't do a replacement. I just hope they're not using 'Bait and Switch' tactic to gain business or getting people's personal information through it.Desired Settlement: I just ask for whatever I ordered ([redacted]) being shipped to me. Also, tell me how can I return the 'wrong' item back to them (the foam envelop they used to ship already teared open and I don't think it can be reused)? So, should I buy a new foam envelop or box from UPS? IF yes, are they going to reimburse me the cost? I also demand a 'sincere' apology from their customer service department and not something like "I apology but.." which you don't think they really mean it at all.
