Before purchasing the product I asked serveral questions that were answered quickly. But once I received it and had problems, I couldn't get an answer from anyone. No response to my email, fb messages and no one answered the phone. Terrible product and even more terrible customer service.
After using the product my hair started falling out by the hand full
