Hi ***,I am writing it to represent our view on complaint id:- ***. After looking at the complaint raised by ***, ET solutions has observed this case as a part of misinformation with the complainer. Here complainer is referring to a product Advanced system care which is product of *** which might be charging complainer for the monthly subscription. If complainer has any concern about Advanced system care where ET solutions llc has nothing to do with these charges. Complainer can contact *** for the same. While searching it online few information, I can share about *** is as below which might be helpful in this case.https://www.***.com/en/***.phpHope, ET solutions llc stands free from any such obligation. RegardsAmit

In December 2017 I received a message on my laptop computer saying I had been hacked and must call a number (E.T. Solutions, supposedly contracted with ***) to fix the damage from the hack or my computer would shut down and be unusable. I called the number and paid $299 to fix the computer and receive one year of *** software support. In June 2018 I paid E.T. Solutions $600 for Lifetime Network Security protection. In November 2018 I received a call from E.T. Solutions from telephone # saying they were going out of business and needed to refund my $600. They said they must remove their security program and replace it with another security program before they could issue the refund. I gave them remote access to my laptop to do this, and during the process the technician informed me my laptop had been hacked again, and I must purchase a $400 *** play card and call him back before he could complete the process. I told him I didn't have $400, and he said they could not issue the refund until I had purchased the play card in order to replace my security program. He said the Revdex.com required them to do this.
