ET Laundromat

Review: Several months ago I paid an ET laundry driver for delivery of clothing. I paid with a 100 dollar bill I had just received from [redacted] teller. he returns 30 minutes later claiming the bill was fake. I assume he changed the bill on the way or within the 30 minutes. So I called 911. he took off right away. This past sunday I call to have my laundry picked up again and he yelled and became verbally agressive against my disabled spouse. I went to the Laundry to file a complaint and he then proceeded to verbally abuse me infront of the owner. The owner did nothing. I ask for the drivers name so I can file a complaint with the police and the owner refused. I then strated to copy the license number of the business but the owner tore it down as I was writing. This driver is posing a serious threat to me and my family. I just wanted the name of the driver.Desired Settlement: I want my name cleared and to have a different driver deliver my clothing.
