Review: I ordered a product from this company on February 22nd, 2016 and did not receive any communication from them for 10 days when they advertise same day mailing. I attempted to contact the company via telephone several times and sent many emails to the address listed on the website requesting the order to be cancelled. I did not receive any response from the company however the charge had been removed from my card. On March 22, 2016, there was a charge to my card for the product and shipping amount of $32.29 which I did not authorize. I attempted to get in touch with the company again in order to have the funds credited and to ensure that they stopped the order. Again, I was unable to get in touch with anyone. Then I was provided an email stating the product was shipped. I received an empty envelope from the company, an envelope that would not hold a bottle of vitamins since it was a letter envelope. The post office marked the envelope as being received empty. I have attempted to get in touch with the company again in order to have my funds credited but to no avail. Now I have to pay my bank $7.00 to have a new card issued to ensure they will not be able to randomly charge my account and pay $15.00 to Visa in order for them to investigate this problem. So this company is now costing me almost $60.00 for absolutely NOTHING. I just want to be reimbursed for the product that was never sent, along with the charge for a new card.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed $32.29 for the product that was never shipped along with $7.00 I must pay in order to get a replacement card to ensure they can never randomly charge me again.
