Estes Roofing replaced the turbine vents on my home and garage. All went very well.

I have used [redacted], Estes Roofing of Mt. Juliet twice to repair my roof after hail and storm damage. Both times they have been on time, extremely reasonable and kept their word. They worked with my insurance adjuster, and I could not have asked for an easier time during a time that could have been difficult. I highly recommend them.

I decided to write a review only after I spoke with Mr. [redacted] about the issues I had with the job that was dome. I had some storm damage to my roof from a fallen tree limb which fell on my service line and pulled the weather head and riser through my roof. I emphasized to Mr. [redacted] about how I wanted the polé braced with wood to hold it from moving again before the power was hooked back up. His roofer came over and took off the roofing and plywood and left to do another job. After 4 hours I had to call Mr.[redacted] because he had not came back. The roofer said he never told him about the brace. The electrician put brackets on it but it was not enough. We had the electric company and the electricians waiting on his roofer. I had to cot the wood and the electrician put it in and the roofer nailed it.in place. It never was done like we talked a about. And they had to use my wood.
After speaking to Mr. [redacted] about how I felt about how it was handled he got very upset and started blaming everyone else and then started cussing about it. After a heated debate, he never said he was sorry or that he would make it right or adjust the price or anything.
I would not recommend Estes Roofing to anyone, nor will I ever use them again. They are the perfect example of paying more and getting less!
