This man first of wreck an atv with over 800 dollars of damage the damage protection only covers the damage done to the atv so he paid the the 500 dollar deductible. However it does not cover lost rentals of 5 days that it will take to fix the atv and at 250.00 dollars per day your total owed for...
what he did and lost rentals is 1750.00 dollars. It clearly states that in the contract they signed. As for talking to this man, we had to call the cops on him because he threatened both of my employees life and both employees were in fear of there lives . I called him today and he threatened my life so I refuse to talk to this man. I will not refund any money to this customer period! He is lucky my employees didnt want to charge them trespassing and threatened there life.

I am rejecting this response because: you are a sociopathic liar Troy. You dance around everytime you steal somebodies money. I cant imagine a man like you having any friends, I Hope the importance you place on monetary gain pays off [redacted]. You refuse to explain charges, you lie to the police, you say I put an ATV out of commission for 6 days on [redacted] reviews...hasnt even been 6 days since I was there LAST WEDNESDAY (its monday). Until I am refunded my full $1750 I will go back and forth with you on here till the day I die. Chances are, I'll be around a lot longer than you :)
Worst regards,

This business operates a for-profit operation under dubious circumstances. They trespass every time they utilize the Bunce School Road against the property owner’s wishes and continue doing so despite the property owner requesting that they stay off their property. Any business like this that does not respect the Colorado Constitutional rights of property ownership should be either barred or forced to surrender their own property to the same kind of trespass. Estes Park ATV Rentals has no regard for property rights, land owners, or the environment. I believe they should be shut down indefinitely.
This person is only 17 years old child, please tell me what rental company is going to rent a 14,000.00 dollar machine to a 17 year old. This is common knowledge at 17, you cant rent any equipment you cant buy beer or set a reservation at a hotel from anyone. So for us to ask every customer...
that call us if they are over 21 years of age is unrealistic and we wont do it. It clearly states it on our website and as well as our brochures. This is a child who need a parent to teach them the ways of the world. SORRY NO REFUND for your ignorance. In reality we have a no refund policy if you cancel with in 48 hours. This person actually rented 2 atv's and we did a full refund for the one and 1/2 for the other at the time of the ride so I feel I did them a favor by refunding what we did. If I was him, count $77.00 as the cost of learning how the world works because I did refund them $231.00 dollar's back to his account and I feel that was more then enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

[redacted]Mr. [redacted], The claim was paid and the check for $1000.00 was issued to the [redacted]'s as you requested on March 4, 2015. It has not been cashed as of today, but it shows that it was issued and the amount has been posted to the account. Sincerely,
I will walk you through our procedure.
1.You come in to our office to fill out Waiver and Responsibility contract one hour before your ride. (Revdex.com you have a copy of the contract they singed)2. Make payment and sign blank Credit card slip for damages. As you are signing you are told you are responsible for any damages and will be charged for any damages if they happen. 3.You are fitted for helmet 4. Customer go thru a safety meeting that includes watching a video and a verbal meeting which included 12 rules of the trail. We also go over the trail map and the map to the trail head. And the very last thing we say is " please drive safely you are responsible for all damages done to the equipment we do have your signature on a contract and we do have your credit card on file."5. Customer drive yourself to the trail head and get checked in with a instructor.6. Customer go thru a drivers meeting that include rules of the trail and you also go thru a drivers safety course before you leave. Here again you are told you are responsible for your equipment and any damages happen you will be charged for them.7. Customer rides for 3 hours and come back to the same place you started when you are done with your ride.8. If customer damage the equipment you are shown the damages and we take pictures of damages done to the equipment.9.Then the customer is told to came back down to the office and talk with [redacted] he will have a total for the damages when you get down to the store front.10. I get a call for the lead instructor with a list of damages done to the equipment.11. I go on line to the proper manufacture and find the parts that are damaged and create a list and price for the customer to pay for when they come back to the office12. When customer shows up for paying the damages that are done to the equipment, I provide a list and price that is required to fix the equipment. 13. Customer pays with there credit card on file and customer leaves.14. Done. Now sometimes I try to help out the customer by taking payment's over a few months or if the customer has insurance I have the option to charge them that day or I can help them out and see what there insurance will do for them. But in all reality they are responsible for the damages and must pay that day. This time I was trying to be nice and help them out by seeing what there insurance would do for them.So lets go back to step 12: 1.I did indeed show them what was the total done on the equipment I still have the hand written note I wrote with the list and prices for the replacement parts. they were shown that list as well as the web site with the lists of part on it with the total. I do this way so they know I am not just pulling number out of nowhere. 2. The total was a little bit over 1700.00 dollars. They told me they had insurance and it should pay for all the damages done to the equipment. I first told them they need to pay for it up front and when the insurance pays me back I would repay them back. Then I changed my mind and said ok lets see what your insurance will pay.3. Then on the 8th of Sept. [redacted] called me back and informed me the insurance will only pay 1000.00 dollars for the damage they done to the equipment and go ahead and charge my card for the $705.92 which is the would be the remanding balance due if and when the insurance paid. 4. The 8th of Sept. I sent a fax in to the insurance company with a list of part and invoice. 5. Not hearing anything back for the insurance I refaxed the same information a week later.6. One more week goes by and I refaxed the information to him again on Sept 24th at 8 am.7. I called him several times to see if he got the information but I never got a call back.8. As per the contract I charged them for the remaining amount due which was 1000.00 on the 24th of Sept at around 1:00 pm because I felt like the insurance company was giving me the run around and I need to get paid so I could get this atv back up and running again.9. I received a call from [redacted] Mid November sorry asking me why I charged her card for the 1000.00. I told her that her insurance wasn't following through on there end, and as per the contract you are responsible for the damages done to the equipment. She was unaware of what was going on with her insurance and was going to look into it. I told her our transaction is done you are paid in full and you need to figure out how do get your 1000.00 dollars from the insurance company. We both ended the conversation knowing we were done dealing with this issue and she was going to deal with the insurance company directly to get her 1000.00 back.10. Then in Dec. I get a call from a different person asking for the information to be faxed to him because Mr. [redacted] wasn't with the company any more because he wasn't doing his job. ( that was what I was told if that was true or not I don't know) I told him we are closed for the year and with the holidays I would be able to get him the information until after 1st of the year.11. I refaxed the information to them again in the first part of January and assumed everything was taking care of.12. I was emailed a release form from the insurance company on January 1st. I didn't find it until the 10th of January because it went into my junk file as well as the the two other emails they sent me in Nov. Please notice the dates they were sent after my conversation with [redacted]. I have attached the release form and the email to this email below I did email them tonight to find out if payment was made on this claim. This is the email I was sent on Jan 1st 2015. Download as zipAdd to OneDriveLuckily I save all the emails we have in the file and I can see that it was attached and sent to you on November 24, 2014, as well as the email from November 26, 2014. So it appears that I was doing my job and documenting it correctly all along. None the less, here it is for a third time. I will also send it certified mail since there seems to be a problem with you downloading the attachment. Hope you are able to download this and complete so that we may issue you payment as previously discussed. If not, the hard copy will be coming certified mail as well. 10. I never filled out the release form because I was paid in full on Sept. 24th and as per my conversation with [redacted] In Mid November she said she would get the money for the insurance company and if you read the email they wanted to sent the check to me and I wanted no part of receiving a check from them because I was already paid in full. 11. I have no problem signing the release form or refaxing the information to them with the pic's so the insurance pays them the 1000.00 dollars. I will not refund them any monies because they did damage my equipment and they agreed to the terms of the contract when they signed them in my office. They were shown the cost of the damages we followed all of our procedures. We help them out by seeing what the insurance was willing to do, and as you can see the pics I enclosed in my last email they indeed did considerable amount of damages to the equipment. For them to think they can just des[redacted]'s ATV Rentals Equipment and not pay for it. Its like walking into a store in [redacted] taking merchandise and walking out the front door with out paying for the merchandise. If they feel they were wronged it is there right to go to court and I have no problem going to court to fight this and if they think it is a criminal issue they have every right to call the [redacted] P.D. But they will tell them it is a civil issue and I did nothing wrong but go right a head here is the number [redacted] As for the parking issue we offerparking next to my store however I have no control how busy it is going to be or if there will be parkng available for you because it is free parking to the public . You are coming to [redacted] at on a Labor Day weekend to think it will be not busy means you were not planning ahead. You live here in Colorado and you know [redacted] is one of the most visited town in Colorado during the Labor Day Weekend and to blame me for not finding parking is ludicrous.
I never said " its a quite Little Town" , I usually tell people it's very busy and [redacted]ing is hard to find so plan to walk to my store and allow extra time. Did I say that to them I don't know I talk to hundreds of people during the holiday, but I would never say " Its a quite Little Town" Yes it is a 4 hour event, one hour to check and drive to the trail head and 3 hours of ride time. It's states it on my website, my brochures and when you call set up the reservation you are told it a 3 hour ride please show up an hour before your ride time to get checked in and drive your self to the trail head and I know I said that to them because I say it to everyone of my customers who call. As for giving them a ride to the trail head. I have never said I would drive you to the trail head nor have I ever given someone a ride to the trail head that would mean I would have to close the office to do that. Please read our website it clear states you will be driving our self to the trail head. Here is my question to you. Why did every other customer who had a reservation for the same drive time knew they were driving them selves to the trail head? Let me answer that for you because I told them or they read it on my website that they were driving themselves to the trail head. So why would I tell you a different plan that I was driving you to the trail head. I never would! Been doing business this way for 10 years where you drive your self to the trail head. The parking you are talking about if free parking ng for 3 hours. So being you are only at my office for 30 minutes and you are driving your own car to the trail head there is no charge to park there. For me saying" I pay for parking" I never said that. What did say? " I pay rent that allows me to park in the back of the building". I really don't see what that has to do with you finding parking??? but anyways that what I said.As for the statement by one of my employees saying " we are selling off our equipment in a few day" None of my employees would ever say that. There is no reason for them to say and by the way I still have the equipment in my fleet. So that statement is faults. Like I said earlier I am willing to sign the release waiver or refax the info to there insurance company so that they get paid. But I will not refund any monies back to you. As you can see I have answered all there question, I have provided proof of contract with signatures, proof of damage with the pics, and proof there insurance did receive all the information I sent to them. because if I didn't they would not have sent a RELEASE FORM to me in January.[redacted]
