I had an after hours call and given the circumstances, was somewhat satisfied even though I thought the b was a little highWhen I looked online and saw how much the replaced part really cost, my satisfaction quickly diminishedThere was a markup of about 800% on this partThis is just not very ethical business practices to meI understand making a profit, but I believe I was taken advantage of given my situationI will never use these guys again for any hvac needs.I could have called any other company and probably paid lessIt it's ashame that it's so difficult to get get a fair price these days

After another local company failed times to fix the units they installed, I called Estes and CainThey came out immediately and fixed the problemSince then I have had to replace both units which they we bought from them and they installedGreat job on both unitsWe are very happy with the serviceWe will defiantly call them again for any issues we face

This is just not very ethical business practices to me. I understand making a profit, but I believe I was taken advantage of given my situation.
