In may 2019 it will be exactly 2 years that I paid off my mobile home . I have asked the manager and so has my wife on numberous occasion to give us our title . The maneger that is never in her office when we are lucky to find her tells us that there are numerous homes in the community that have not received there title even after they have been paid off that have not received there title and that they are working on them. We have been forced to live. Here in the community even though every 6 months they hire the rent on the lots or hire the amount on the bills because of construction and the maintenance that they are doing .
