I am referencing ID# [redacted] with our official response to the Revdex.comESTsoft is an online game service provider for the titles, CABAL Onlineand CABAL IIThe user submitting the complaint was encountering issues uninstalling one of our games, CABAL IIOur customer support team tried their best to assist this user, but were unable to resolve his issue, and his responses quickly turned to anger (apologies for the harsh language used in the user’s requests for support)The request itself is unusual, as we have not encountered other complaints relating to difficulties uninstalling any of our titlesThe support team has now considered the matter closed after providing best effortsPlease find attached a copy of the correspondence between the user and our support teamIf any supplemental information is needed to resolve this claim, please feel free to reach outBest regards, [redacted] * [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] *** [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]
