Review: I brought my two shirts on 03/**/14 to the dry cleaner to be washed at the following address: [redacted]. It is in the [redacted] residential building, where I live.

I came to pick up the shirts the same week, the staff told me they cannot find them. I have been in touch with the dry cleaners and they were never able to find them.

The value of my shirts are $99.00 and $129.00 respectively, I was never able to recover any cost of my shirts from them or receive any compensation or receive my shirts back. I asked for [redacted] to call me, he never called. I was given a number that is never answered. I left multiple messages on the phone and at the shop, no one has ever tried to get in touch with me regarding resolving the matter.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for the cost of the shirts that have been lost by the dry cleaner.
