Hello, In insurance the rate depends on many factors. He did not disclose the accidents, so when they were discovered the rate increased. He was attempting to set up a discounted payment plan. When we learned it was a savings account and not a checking account the rate
increased because it is not eligible for that discount program. He did not disclose that he needed an SR-until the end. Again, when that was discovered, the rate increased accordingly. I did my job accurately, with the information I had. That said I will cover the $nonpayment fee to help move this to a resolution. For the $payment. I will cancel his policy as soon as I can. I legally cannot do so without a signed lost policy release form which he is aware we need. If we cancel on 4/as requested he will owe money for coverage from policy inception to then.
