Essentials Massage & Facials

I had an awful experience here that left me bruised all over when what I ordered was a relaxation massage, but they booked me for a deep tissue. The guy was a bruiser and actually injured me. I lived in the area and wanted to give the small business owner the benefit of the doubt so I booked another appointment (after they fought me tooth and nail on a refund). The second was even worse; I specifically requested a relaxation massage with concentration on my lower back, but instead the girl completely ignored my problem area and when I brought it up to the manager Kim she told me I WAS WRONG and then argued with me for 30 minutes after a long day at work. THE ONLY CORRECT ANSWER WAS TO REIMBURSE ME AND PRAY I COME BACK. This is a serious warning to anyone thinking of going here, DON'T!!! Her reason and I quote- "you still got a massage.so you can't be compensated for the mistake." Go anywhere but here.
