Essential Oil Addiction

This was my first time ordering from this company and I am less than impressed. I definitely will not be ordering from them again, and will be sure to warn my friends! Their customer service is severally lacking and not very professional! I had an issue with my order and emailed them promptly. It took 7 days before I even heard back from them. I never received the email stating my order had shipped like their first email stated I would. Every time I tried to view the status of my order it would just take me back to the order confirmation page. I tried emailing, calling, messenger and chat through the website just to obtain the tracking number for my order that was included. My order finally shipped 6 days after I placed it...and it still can't be tracked. Definitely not a speedy company!
