I had Alrite Septic Tank Service to come service my septic tank on 10/30/2015. While servicing my tank, one of the employees took a crowbar to the inside of my tank and purposely broke off one of the baffles (that are required by State Law). The other employee told him, "Don't ever do that again". When they left the site, they took the part they broke off with them in an attempt to hide what they did. Fortunately, we have photos of them doing the damage to my system. I am now having to pay a real plumber to fix this damage and bring my system back up to code. I would give this company a chance to make things right if they would just return my calls.
