Essencia Skin Cream

This company is a scam. They advertised that *** uses their product. I did the trial offer and received no contact from them after.
I only ordered the trial product to try it. The company does not send an email after ordering or any information in the box on how to cancel the orders or when additional product will ship. I received the first box then heard nothing from the company until I received another box almost 8 weeks later. I then looked at my credit card statement and notice I had been charged an outrageous amount for products I didn't even receive. I had to call the credit card company to get a phone number to be able to call the company. I told the customer service representative with the company that I wanted to cancel the orders and send back the box I had just received. I let them know that I did not receive a box that I had been charged for and they would not issue a credit. The rep would not give me an address to send the box for return. I told her I didn't want the product but she would still not give me information on how to make a return. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and they said they have had numerous disputes with this company. The only reason I ordered this was because they company claimed the *** endorsed the product. I found out later that that is not true. They are very deceptive and do not provide information along with the product that tells how to cancel. This evidently is the only way they can sell their product. I could buy something at *** that is just as good for $5. Now my credit card has been charged over $400 for a total of 4 products, 2 of which I wanted to return and they wouldn't provide information or an address to do so AND I may not get my money back. They do not conduct business in an upfront easy to understand way. They trick, deceive, and withhold information so that they can milk your credit card until you see weird charges. They even used 2 different business names for the charges. My CC company was able to see more information on the backside and tell me that it was the same company! They should be put out of business. I can only imagine how many others have been sucked in by these bad people.
