Essence of Braiding & Weaving

My daughter set up an appointment for Essence of Braiding & Weaving to braid her entire head of hairprocess of getting these type of braids take 4-hours, these braids were completed within hours which would be great if they were placed in to last more than one weekThe braids were all different sizes, very loose as if they had been in for months and to top it all off she did not complete the entire head of hairThe client had short hair that had been grown out to over an inch in a half and she claimed she could not grip the hairAfter the braids began to fall out I reached out to the owner and stated is there anything that can be doneI informed that the braids had been falling out they were not tight and it did not look like a professional did her hairI was informed by my daughter that the owner left out to go out on a date and left her year old daughter to complete the braidsThe owner was not apologetic nor did she offer a solution at allI will be suing for the $Its about the principle of the situation, I could not believe how disrespectful this owner was to a paying customer

Essence of braiding is one of the most professional hair salon I ever been too. The owner is very knowledgable and concerned about the well being of her clients hair. They offer there own products and have been published in many national magazines. They did a scalp analysis on my head and help my hair to become as healthy as it is today. I highly recommend them to customers who want a professional experience.

Normal process of getting these type of braids take 4-8 hours, these braids were completed within 3 hours which would be great if they were placed in to last more than one week. The braids were all different sizes, very loose as if they had been in for months and to top it all off she did not complete the entire head of hair. The client had short hair that had been grown out to over an inch in a half and she claimed she could not grip the hair. After the braids began to fall out I reached out to the owner and stated is there anything that can be done. I informed that the braids had been falling out they were not tight and it did not look like a professional did her hair. I was informed by my daughter that the owner left out to go out on a date and left her 15 year old daughter to complete the braids.. The owner was not apologetic nor did she offer a solution at all.. I will be suing for the $100.00.. Its about the principle of the situation, I could not believe how disrespectful this owner was to a paying customer.
