The massages are brought through Groupon and I do not receive my share (half) until the Groupon is redeemed, thus I would not have owed her $but $ Groupon refunded the money ($99) on March 4, I contacted the complaintant cancelling both appointments
since I was already out with the flu and my therapist decided to quit on the same dayI never had the telephone number of the other person receiving the massage since the complaintant made both appointmentsI apologized for having to cancel the appointment but I am not in control of when a therapists decides to quit
