Dear ***,We were very disappointed to hear you never received your Pret CardA $card was sent to the address you provided on 1/**/The incident was closed in our system once the card was sent so I’m sorry that we didn’t receive further electronic correspondence from youThe whole intention
of this card was to make something right, and it is disappointing to see we didn't accomplish thisI will be happy to send a new card with $instead and do hope that you will give us another chancePlease advise if we should be using a different address to mail it or if a correction is needed on the address we currently have (I will email this to you directly so you can confirm this), and we will put the new card in the mail immediately
