Review: My first month was supposed to be free n I didn't receive any of the services till nov. However the book I received was for Dec. I also paid 24 dollars for the services but my first month which technically was Dec. was the first time I received services I also hadn't received my bank statement yet either n then when I got the next book for the month of Jan I called n cancelled the service! Then a few days later I received my bank statement and saw that I was not only charged for Jan. which I had called n cancelled the service so I was re-funded for Jan. but when I called today I was continuously interrupted by the girl who answered the phone so I asked to speak to the supervisor who then hung up on me and every time I called back I was continuously hung up on! N they refused to refund me the money for Dec. and the books I was sent were supposed to be that of a psychic about my daily readings for the month however they were largely generalized n obviously not from a real psychic eitherDesired Settlement: Refund of 39.99
