Review: I recieved a billing notice, for an ammount that was already paid by my HRA. 7 attempts at calling their phone number (which is mistyped on the bill) I have not been able to get a hold of anyone to verify my account balance. I have left 4 voicemails that have been returned over the coarse of 8 business days.Desired Settlement: I would like for this company to return my inquiry for account balance, so that I can validate my HRA did pay the balance so it does not go to collections if there is a balance.
