which he was very satisfied withPrior to the work being done, *** *** informed the installer that he wished the ventilation system (turbines) be placed four feet from the ridge vent and five feet apartHis specific instructions was carried out and he expressed his approval of the finished jobThe day the items he contracted was complete he voiced his approval of the work as well as gave us the final paymentAfter some time (days), he called back to the agent sayings he had looked at some of his neighbors roofs and their turbines looked closer to the ridge vent so that is how he wants hisThe owner previously told the customer that installing the turbines closer to the ridge vent would cancel the effectiveness of the system he wanted install to reduce attic heat and moisture. I, the Sales Director, spoke with *** *** to inform him that everything was done to his instructionsI shared with him that the moving of these items could result in an additional cost and I reiterated to that his request would cancel out the effectiveness of the systemThen *** *** showed up to our office with a very hostile attitude, he was disrespectful to his agent as well as the ownerHe continued to make inappropriate comments
