I would never go to this place again. First of all when I took my Covid-19 test they were completely rude, then I was told that it would take 3-5 business days. I called twice to follow up and was told they would get right back to me and never did. Almost 3 weeks later and they said the same thing. I had to call again and they said that there was a lab error and that I would have to go back to take another test. A huge mistake going there and a waste of my time for a serious situation that's going on in the world right now and it doesn't really seem to matter to them. Completely unprofessional! STAY AWAY!!
As an individual with a complex medical history, my top priority is finding the best medical team to manage my care. I am very grateful to have Dr. Christian Moher as my primary care doctor. He is very attentive, thorough and dedicated to providing the highest care. Most recently I required a COVID test and was so extremely thankful to learn that Escalera is offering the amazing convenience of drive-through testing. My appreciation grew as I waited in line, witnessing the work of so many staff as the outdoor temperature rose higher and higher. Dr. Moher himself was on the frontline, speaking to patients and gathering information. As our government makes decisions to cut funding for testing, Escalera Health is busting *ss to serve our community. Thank you Dr. Moher and staff for your commitment to your patients!
Terrible experience with this clinic. I am a firefighter and was lured into Escalera because I was told their COVID-19 testing and antibody testing would be available and covered by my insurance. Not only did I end up getting billed for the tests, but the clinicians could tell me nothing about the tests (e.g. which antibodies they were testing for), and it took two weeks to receive the results for the COVID-19 test (I was told 2-5 business days). I have yet to received the results for my antibody test, which was administered three weeks ago. Lastly, the email I was sent with my negative COVID-19 results had multiple typographical errors. Highly unprofessional. I will never use this clinic again.
