Review: I ordered a wire replacement for my TENS unit because it said you could return items within 30 days. The wires did NOT fit my unit! The website stated to return something, you need a RMA# and you have to email them to get it! I emailed them 3 times and NO RESPONSE!Desired Settlement: I would like to get my money back for my purchase!!
Review: On 12/2/2013 I placed an order through the company's website for a tens unit universal replacement connecting wire and conector pads.
The order was received on 12/4. The pads were correct, but the connecting wire, contrary to the description, did not fit my tens unit.
On 12/5 in compliance with the instructions on the packing slip, I sent an email to the company requesting an RA number for return/exchange of the wire.
Neither the packing slip, nor the website have a customer service phone number.
On 12/23, having received no response to the initial email, I sent a second mail requesting the company meet their stated "24 hour turn" on customer contact.
Now, on 12/27, I still have received no response of any kind from the company.
Your assistance would be appreciated.Desired Settlement: At this point, I have now secured the correct product from another company, and would like to have a refund for the $8.95 wire and $4.00 of the shipping charge.

I am in receipt of your correspondence on the complaint you received from our customer. Please note review of our emails failed to show any contacts by the customer. Nevertheless, we will issue a credit through our portal to the customer.
Normally if customers return the product for any reason, it is our policy to refund the purchase cost, as long as product was not opened, as most of our products are personal health items. In this instance, obviously the lead wires that the customer purchased did not fit her unit.
While we will credit the customer in the requested amount, we will also ask the customer by email, to return the product to us.
Thank you for bringing it to our attention.
