I was contacted by therapist almost immediately after submitting the request. She sent me an authorization form and asked me a few question that I was able to respond to via email. Just hours later she had already sent me the letter as well as the additional form required by JetBlue Airlines. I applied for my ESA letter June 9th. I had a couple of questions emailed to the support team. They answered the same day! The very next day a licensed physiologist emailed me with my consent form. I signed it that same moment and returned it. This morning, June 11th I was approved and had my digital copy of my ESA letter for BOTH my cats. They were efficient, quick, knowledgeable, and amazing. I’m very happy with this service and have already recommended them to a friend.

I was extremely nervous about using an online doctor. I was even more nervous the place I live wouldn’t accept a note from an online doctor because they are extremely picky. I don’t share anything personal at all with my doctor, or anyone for that matter, so asking for a note from my PCP was completely out of the question. She would look at me like I have 10 heads. After placing my order I came across another similar site offering service claiming ESA Doctors was scamming people out of their money and not providing legitimate services. That scared the pants off me! I emailed them requesting a refund and explained why. They were completely professional and extremely good at communicating that they were not and had plenty of proof. After a few emails I decided to proceed. And I’m really happy that I did!!! As soon as I turned in my note it was approved!! It might be of interest to some to mention that I live in income based housing, these places are anal!! I’m extremely pleased. If you’re nervous, please don’t be!!! They are wonderful!

I came into need of an additional ESA letter in a situation with my landlord and came across this site. Nicole was very prompt and so easy to work with. She made my situation a lot less stressful as well, my new letter is due Monday (5/18/2020) and I will be able to hand it to my landlord with plenty of time to spare.
