Ervin's Car Wash and Detailing

Review: Had the car washed and afterwards noticed the lock covers were broken and one completely off. Found one of the covers on the ground. Asked the [redacted] what happened and he proceeds to tell me that the locks were rotted from the sun. In other words, that was his excuse for the locks being broken and cracked AFTER the car wash. They were intact before. Perhaps the people who cleaned the interior didn't know how to unlock the doors of the car? Not sure. Had the workers said something about the locks, instead of leaving me to drive off with broken locks, I would have had a better feeling about Ervin's Car Wash and Detail. In addition, the [redacted] preferred arguing with the customer instead of even inquiring with the people who washed the car, he kept coming up with excuses, and he was loud, ugly, and very unprofessional. How about knocking a few dollars off the car wash service? I have been a regular customer, my last tip was $10. Unfortunately, I feel this [redacted] did not care about my business today, it didn't matter that he lost a customer. Last time I checked, customers were the ones who either make or break your business especially a small business.Please, to scream and holler at your customer who just PAID YOU? HELP ME TO UNDERSTAND.Desired Settlement: REFUND OF THE CASH PAYMENT OF $25.

Spoke with [redacted] over the phone. He states that he told the customer that if he purchased the piece he needed and brought the piece and his receipt [redacted] would fix the piece and refund him the price he paid.
