Erv Smith Services, Inc.

Erv Smith Services came to my home and attempted to fix my furnace. They electrical taped a fuse to my furnace because they did not have the correct fuse for my furnace. They sent another tech out on the following Monday to work on the furnace, but after they left the fuse blew and the furnace did not work again. I did my own research and then fixed the furnace myself.
I was quoted before the first tech came out a much lower price then I was actually charged when the bill came. They have threatened me with just about everything to try and get me to pay a bill that I should have to pay.
I am a small business owner and I would never do what they did.
