Very professional and knowledgeable

We were referred to Erus Energy and our sales rep Kevin, made sure we were given competitive and fair price with no pressureThe potential savings is what we look forward to so we chose a year leaseCommunication remained open throughout the lengthy processVery professional install and we are now awaiting NVE to provide new meter for Solar so we can begin producing and saving moneyTyrone always returned my calls and referred me to our leasing companies customer service department so I could deal direct with the leasing company which I found expedited the process,

Jenny Bis super helpful and always availableShe made getting solar panels installed less confusingDrugs obviously cares that you have a good experience

Hello Mr [redacted] , Thank you for the feedback on the systemWhile its not positive we value this as a way to train and get better When is a good time to speak and review so we can resolve any issues you may haveWe apologize for this as its not how we operate Please advise best contact time so we can take care of your issuesThanks, MGMT

[redacted] ,As we spoke about on the phone we are more then happy to fix anything that we have broken or damagedI received no phone calls from anyone on this and if you would have called we would gladly have replaced or remedied Without admitting it was our fault I still propose to pay you $in repairs to your AC if it helps this situation outWe want nothing but for you to be happy regardless of outcomeWe also discussed you not wanting to continue with PV systemAs I mentioned we are also fine with this To date we have only performed $of the $31,work To date you have paid us $15, I can refund you the $and cancel remaining loan This way you only pay for work done and nothing elseI believe this is fair for both parties and will proceed with this after you approveMGMT

I am very satisfied so far with the service

Excellent ExperienceVery Professional craftsman, left no trash was extremely considerate

I live in El Paso TX, and today is July 26, 2019, my system was installed and running by the end of April (44 panels a big system). Since that time the main breaker (250 amp) has tripped 5 times June 10 and 26 and again today July 15, 20, and 21, and takes at least 30 minutes to cool down enough to reset. The first time I just reset the breaker thinking it was just a fluke but when it happened, I called the customer service line and was told I needed to call an electrician at my expense to see why their breaker that they installed was not working properly. I was also told if I wanted them to come out it would cost me $200.00 to fix something, they should have installed correctly the first time.
I called an electrician who said that the breaker got too hot because either it had too much of a load (I have a 44 amp system that's a big system) so probably not the issue, or the breaker was faulty, or the heat from the El Paso sun beating down on it directly at 2PM (100-105), or the system was engineered incorrectly so if it happened again call the company and tell them to come look at their system.
July 15, 2019 it happened again and I called again and was told that they would contact the local office here in El Paso TX and someone would contact me in 24-48 hours meanwhile it was 102 and I had no AC and all my electricity was off for about 45 minutes. Later that day Benjamin Taylor the Project Manager from the Phoenix office called and said someone for the install team would be at my home after 1pm the next day July 16, 2019. I waited and no one came. I am a Sr. PM and I would never treat a client like this, just bad business and if I did, I would be looking for a job very soon.
July 19, 2019, I called to speak with Mr. Taylor and he was not in so I left a message and never heard back. Both July 20 and 21, 2019 the breaker popped again so I called Mr. Taylor again but he was not available so I left a message again with no return call. However, I called back about 2 hours latter and did finally speak o him and was told he would contact the install team and call me back with a date and time for them to come out. Again, here it is July 26, 2019 and I have not heard from or seen anyone for that company about the issue.
If it doesn't get fixed, I will be looking for an attorney to get me out of this BS Contract and have them remove the panels and go back to El Paso Electric. I never had a problem with breakers tripping when they provided my electricity, oh and I still receive a bill from EP Electric each month for $20-$40 dollars so why don't they just kick in when this system shuts down?

I’m starting an ANTI-ERUS campaign in my neighborhood and you should too. Going to put a sign in my yard and around the neighborhood on street corners, parks, etc. that says DO NOT GO WITH ERUS FOR YOUR SOLAR NEEDS THEY DO NOT FOLLOW-UP AFTER INSTALL. My brother closes on a house Aug 30, 2019 just across from me and wanted solar on his house, if ERUS was better I would recommend them but now I have told him to stay away and go with someone else.

Getting solar was a lenghty processI chse Erus over other companies because they offered a competitive lease. The system was installed inone dayMy HOA delayed thingsas well however Tyrone was able to track down the paper work accepting the designHe also put me in touch withmy leaseing compnay which seemed to help move things along with their customer service deptTyrone also helped me contact NVE in order to find out status with someone he works with all the timeEveryone was helpful and profrofessional throughout the process - returning my calls promptly

We have already agreed to remove system from customers home This was as of March 26th I let customer know that this could not be accomplished over night as we need to schedule removal and a roofer to come out and make sure everything is restored back to original conditionThe job is
being scheduled as soon as a day opens up

ALL COMPANY ASSOCIATES ACTED WITH EXTREME PROFESSIONALISM IN REGARDS TO ACCOMMODATING MY DAILY SCHEDULE OF WHEN TO INSTALL AND CONNECT THE SOLAR PANELS AS PER THE CONTRACT, EVEN AS TO GO OUT OF THEIR WAY AT TIMES!

Hello Sir,
Thanks for the feedback but both of your issues are not ones that are in our control completely. The new SMA inverter has not come in yet Once it does we will gladly change it out for you Please keep in mind that we cant control the inverter company and
or how fast they send it out I'm sorry I wish we did! The folks at your lease company will be processing your paymentPlease keep in mind that the leasing company is not Erus Energy Same as with the inverter we of course can help you resolveWe will contact you today. We have no problem helping you resolve these issues but please keep in mind that they are issues with leasing company and SMA not Erus
Thanks,

From my sales person, to my project manager ***, to the installers I am extremely satisfied with all the work done and the professionalism of the whole company Everyone was wonderful and my install went exactly as explained to me *** was always there for me when I called her

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. On September 23, a group of workers came to my house early, at about a.mStated they had come to install a barrier under the roof for the solar panels. They also worked on the air ducts for the air conditioner, this person, *** *** ***, ***The first thing he told me as soon as he arrived at my house was to look and verify that he had not touched anything so that if there was anything wrong, he was not responsible for itI told him okHe then came back and told me that the motor for the A/C blower was not workingHe showed me some pictures of frozen panels but I did not go up on the roof to checkHe then told me he could sell me the motor for $500.Later, I called *** *** ***, they charged me $I think that it is too coincidental that my air conditioning system was functioning until *** came and told me a needed a new motor for the A/C blower.Time passed and I began to worryI started to call *** to tell him that I was getting billed and I did not know how I was going to pay all that moneyHe told me not to worry that I did not have to pay anything because with the tax return/credit I was going to receive would pay some of itHe then told me to refinance my house and include the solar panel costs to pay the rest of the balanceI have only been living in this house for six months, I can not refinance to get money to pay for other things More time passed, I began to worry even moreI called *** again but he no longer answered meI called several times and left voicemails but never heard back from him.Later, they called me from Erus to tell me that *** *** was going to come to accelerate the loan process so that they could receive the moneyWe went to my computer, downloaded the loan, I signed, my wife was not home to sign but I signed anywayI think that what they are doing is not right. They told me they were Revdex.com accredited, turns out they are notThat means that they are liars, even if they return the loan they are still trying to make money off of me.If they want to, they can come and take off what they put on because I think that the work was not done rightOnly 50% of the roof is covered with AerosealHow am I supposed to know what they really did.The loan is for $30,which I think is too much money
Regards,*** ***
