Review: Mistakenly ordered some Rubbermaid products from this site on December 26th, 2014 totaling $122.47. The order has never moved out of pending status and none of my phone calls have been returned. The web site is misleading and closely resembles the actual Rubbermaid site. I didn't catch on until after the delays didn't result in anything. I am very worried that they have my Credit Card information and would like for them to confirm the order is cancelled and that they cleared my Credit Card and other information out of their system.My Credit Card has not been charged yet. So that is good. I am monitoring daily to make sure they don't.Desired Settlement: Would like for them to confirm the order is cancelled and that they cleared my Credit Card and other information out of their system.

Review: Ordered products from company online - order stays as "pending" on the website and no other information is available. Order was placed several days ago and still showing as pendidng. They have an online chat function that does not work, a phone number that drops you into voice mail and no one returns the calls and when you send an email their is no conformation or response. When ordering the products were listed as in stock and they claim fast 1-2 day delivery.Desired Settlement: Would like confirmation ASAP that product is being shipped and if not that we can cancel the order.
