The receipt also state date order which is the same as Date NeededI understand the customer in this case *** signed the receiptAs a business person wouldn't you red flag that the date for date order and date needed is the sameAs a business person I would call prior to making the cake two double check with the customer prior to making a cakeWho's going to pay $and not pick up cake? Mr***'s response was that he doesn't look at the date order only at the date neededHe said he called *** two time after the cake was done and never picked up, but when he called he never left a voicemail to let the customer know the cake was doneHe told *** that they don't leave voicemailsNo where on the receipt it states cakes are going to be thrown away if the customer fails to pick up cake*** try explaining to him that he didn't returned any calls because he never received them or a voicemail to notify him that the product had been done and ready to pick upI just feel that this was a mistake made by their employee, who was kindly trying to see what she could do for me so I wouldn't have to repay another cakeIf this wouldn't been our mistake she wouldn't have try to help but the owner refuse to listen
