To be honest I was embarrassed to allow a company to come in to resurface our existing hardwood floors. We had had aging pets and once the carpet was up we knew it would be a challenge. Once the carpet came up our worst fears came true. The floors appeared to be disastrous. All three bedrooms Landing, steps, living room and dining room required what I thought to be extensive treatment. I seriously contemplated carpeting the entire living space. I priced out multiple hardwood refinishing companies some would not even consider the job. Others once they were aware of the pet stains their price went through the roof. However it was Ken and Jerri with Ernie and Sons that put our mind at ease following our walkthrough. Ken efficiently conducted his measurements and drafted a very reasonable quote available later that morning. His team was efficient, professional, neat, tidy and most importantly they left the place looking spectacular. An absolutely stunning finished product.! We only wish we had done it years ago. A ++
