Erin Diamond Fitness

Several months ago I decided to sign up for an online business mentor because I truly wanted to grow my online business.

When I first started looking for business mentors I fell victim that Erin had a large following so I instantly assumed she knew what she was doing. When I was on sales phone call I was tricked and persuaded from one of Erin's employees that Erin and Jordan invested thousands of dollars into this online calculator to help students with macro calculating for clients which was also false since they took the online calculator from another fitness professional.

When I first signed up for the program I was excited because I truly wanted my business to excel and I believed they would be able to help me.

This program was a three month contract, however, after being in the program for a little over a month I started noticing things that were " promised" were not being delivered.

In the contract, it states there will be 1 on 1 call to help support students which was NEVER received. As well as " guest experts" that would come on for calls which was never fulfilled either. When this matter was addressed Erin tried convincing me to stay (because they wanted more money) at a cheaper rate but I was so dissatisfied and felt scammed that I was not willing to pay another dollar. They are also illegally teaching nutrition.

There are multiple students who felt scammed in the program and have been scammed into losing out on thousands of dollars. Erin and Jordan went onto social media and made remarks that would be everything they could to change this because they know they aren't perfect and messed up, however nothing was done. I wanted a refund or partial refund because I lost out on $2,333 which is a lot of money for something I never received.

I am very upset about this matter. This is not how good customer service works.
