Review: On August 7, 2015, I dropped off a chair, ottoman and fabric for reupholstering and paid a deposit of $300. They delivered the chair on 8/24, at which time I paid an additional $160 toward the total price of $660. The upholstery job was extremely poor and I had them take the chair back and gave them an extensive letter regarding the flaws on August 27 giving them the option to either repair the chair to my satisfaction or return the chair, the deposit and a refund for the $200 of fabric. My letter asked for a response by September 5 and a delivery date of no later than October 1.

They never responded, but after repeated attempts I was able to talk to them on the telephone and they reported that they would have the chair delivered in 2-3 days. Those dates passed and each week we were promised the same. Last week when we called the phones were disconnected. They are now reconnected, but they refuse to give me a delivery date because they say they are short handed. They have refused to deliver the chair or the refund and that leaves me in a very unfair position. I gave them the chance to do the right thing and they have failed.
