Erik's Hauling and Moving

Review: Despite making a moving appointment several weeks in advance, this poor excuse for a company only gave delays and excuses on moving day. Finally after several hours, his employees called and said "it's getting late and will be dark soon. We'll reschedule your move for 2 days later. After spending 2 days in an unfurnished apartment, sleeping on the floor, his company failed to show up or respond to numerous telephone calls. Outrageous. No apology or excuses, or even further contact was made by these jokers.Desired Settlement: I would like a heartfelt apology and explanation of this extremely poor behavior as well as monetary compensation for the extreme frustration and suffering I had to endure (sleeping on floor for 3 days, having to find alternate means of getting my furniture delivered etc)
