I recently purchased a box spring for my college student from Erie Shores Mattress and had a great experience. The owner took my order over the phone and called me when the box spring arrived so that I could pick it up. Unfortunately it did not fit in my SUV. The owner offered to deliver it himself after closing on a Saturday evening and didn't charge any extra! I would definitely do business with him again in the future.
