We hired Kevin Eric Burke from Florida Web Designers on November 28th We entered a contract for him to work on our company website, changing a few items and adding a page that will offer our new services in the Brevard County areaHe promised that the website would be completed in one week, which would have been roughly the 10th of DecemberI continued to asked on the progress and he continued to say that he was running into problems with it but it would be up the next dayIt is now January 17th and I have not received my deposit back or any web product design from himHe keeps insisting that I take him to court to sue him but he knows it will cost $just for the retainer to bring my lawyer into the mixSo far, he has taken my money and has not given me a refund or a finished productI have been told that he has performed theft and I need to report him to the police
