Final Consumer Response /* (2000, 13, 2016/03/09) */
Had A phone call from (Matt) manager his reply was in a reluctant manner, but indicated my oil change will continue free of charge as they had forgotten to get me to sign some document;***! I thank you People (Revdex.com) for
helping in this issue!
Dear Mr***,
I have made two attempts to reach you by phoneBoth attempts you mentioned something about the government and hung up on mePrior to you hanging up on me on the 2nd attempt I asked you if we could resolve the issue that was brought to my attention by the
Revdex.com and you had no idea what I was talking aboutUpon analyzing this issue and reviewing all paperwork, I retrieved the repair order for the remote starter where you signed off on a self-referral covering the remote starter with your friend, *** who was the sales person, paying the additional $on his accounts receivableReferral fees are paid when you refer someone to do business with us, and not when you refer yourself to do businessI am not sure what sort of arrangement you were trying to make or what compensation you are looking forI am trying to figure out why you would sign off on a work order utilizing your "self-referral" which is part of the program, and want me to return your money on a deal that was made over years agoPlease contact me at your earliest convenience if you would like to discuss this further
Thank you kindly,
Matt ***

I have already met with one of the managers and explained everything to him. He laughed at me and told me to do whatever I want, he said he will have all the information ready for when I complain to Revdex.com or OCA or whatever. I don't see a point in talking to anyone from Ericksen Nissan directly, so instead of calling, respond here.
[redacted] is not my friend, he was your employer [redacted] He made several promises and none of them were delivered. First he said the vehicle color I want is not available anywhere so he can push me a possible showroom vehicle with 400km already on it. The vehicle was not delivered after 2 weeks of waiting and wasn't going to be ready for another week so he said he will give me $500 credit on my "GoCard" for the delay. I made 2 referrals and according to [redacted] I received $500 credit on the GoCard for each of the referrals as promised. However my account was never credited for any of those. The only credit ever made to the GoCard was the $500 self-referral credit you mentioned. He promised free lifetime oil-change on the vehicle and charged my GoCard for the oil changes without my knowledge to make it seem like I was getting free oil changes. But that was not written in the contract and now that he has gone, there is no proof that it was promised. In addition to that there was a promise for free 2-way starter which the GoCard was apparently charged for it as well, again without my permission and knowledge. Every time I asked [redacted] to check the balance of my GoCard, he would lie and say that there is $1500 available in there. And that is why 1.5 years later I am complaining about this, because until now your employee has been lying to me about the balance of my GoCard. I do not know or care when referral fees are paid, the fact is that a referral fee was paid and then illegally taken away. He probably stole money from you in paying the referral fee to us so he can charge it back to pay for what he promised to us as part of the purchase. Nobody is going to watch for the balance of their GoCard often to make sure the money has not disappeared so they can report that to you the same week. My main complain here is that I never "sign off on a work order" or anything to use the money on the GoCard. Please provide proof that it was authorized by me or return the money.
