In July 2015, Eric Wright quoted me $525, which includes a minimum of four hours, to move my belongings on August 10, I mailed him a deposit of $I had very few belongings and the move was completed in (2) hours It is Eric's policy that you pay the bill when the move is complete I was given the bill and it was $higher than it should've been so I paid it...in addition I included a tip for the moversI then called Eric and asked why the bill was $higher than it should've been His answer was that (4) guys moved me rather than the standard (3) guys and that they were supposed to explain this to me I said that didn't make any sense I said you quoted me $and that is what I should be charged So he said he would make it right and send me a check What he did was refund the tip He did not adjust the bill according to his original quote So I paid $more than I should have for absolutely no apparent reason This is completely unacceptableI would never under any circumstances ever use this company again nor would I ever recommend them to anyone

I was given the bill and it was $150 higher than it should've been so I paid it...in addition I included a tip for the movers. I then called Eric and asked why the bill was $150 higher than it should've been. His answer was that (4) guys moved me rather than the standard (3) guys and that they were supposed to explain this to me. I said that didn't make any sense.
