Review: On February **, 2014, I entered into a written agreement with ERIC CONSTRICTION & DECORATING INC., to completely renovate my apartment. I made a payment of $7,500.00 to ERIC CONSTRICTION & DECORATING INC. On April **, 2014, ERIC CONSTRICTION & DECORATING INC., breached their contractual duties and removed all the tools from the premises without completing the job. The plaintiff made numerous phone calls to [redacted] a/k/a [redacted], about the contract without success.Desired Settlement: I need my $7,500.00 because ERIC CONSTRICTION & DECORATING INC. has not finished their job as per our written agreement.
