Eric Chambers, CPA Certified Public Accountants

Review: Eric Chambers was/is my families accountant and has been for over 10 years. After not receiving any tax returns from my previous years of 2004-05-06-07-08-09-10-11-12 despite having met with Eric repeatedly over the course of these years I came to discover Eric failed to provide any of my returns to the IRS and therefore the IRS now has a 150,000 lien on my property. Likewise, despite 2-3 years of threatening to sue Eric and reminding him of his fiduciary responsibility to submit my tax returns on time ( he also has executive signatory authority) he finally told me he submitted all these returns in January of 2013. After following up with the IRS over the past 4 months I found out they never received any of them so I again threatened Eric with a lawsuit if he did not follow up with the IRS and resolve these disputes. Despite hundreds of phone calls to his business , countless voice mails and emails he has yet to call me back or respond with any update or resolutions? I'm out of options other than to file a law suite against his company and take him to court and call the Maryland board of licensing and regulatory certifications and have his CPA license revoked. Eric is the MOST incompetent, inconsiderate CPA I've ever had to do business with and subsequently my father has terminated any business with Eric Chambers CPA and once the IRS confirms receipt of all my returns I will be firing him as well and taking him to court.Desired Settlement: Force this incompetent CPA to be financially responsible for all personal tax loses and penalties and surcharges stemming from his lack of fiduciary responsibility and ensuring that he and his CPA practice is never allowed to practice CPA in Maryland again. Close his business and subject him to the same financial loses and credit damages that he's incurred on my credit reports. Force Eric Chambers to take responsibility to cleaning up this mess he made with the IRS
