Ergin's Tree and Landscaping

Review: On Thursday September 11, 2014, I met with Mr. Ergin; owner and operator of Ergin's Tree Expert, Landscaping & Hardscaping to discuss removal of a primary stump in its entirety & other secondary roots within the same vicinity. Mr. Ergin marked the area including the entire parameter of the stump with the intent of having his worker arrive on September 15, 2014 to complete the project. On September 13, 2014 Mr. Ergin contacted me & suggested coming a day earlier, to which I agreed. I asked Mr. Ergin if he would be involved in the project as I wanted to ensure it would be completed according to specifications. Mr. Ergin noted that unfortunately he would be "out of town" but the person he would send would be well equipped & quite knowledgeable about the required results. Mr. Ergin then requested that I make payments to this individual who would be completing the project, I countered by reminding Mr. Ergin about his earlier recommendation that he would only require payment after my satisfaction was met. Mr. Ergin again guaranteed that he intended to uphold this agreement & if any issues should arise to contact him & he would ensure that it is resolved. However, after Mr. Ergin's representative claimed to have finished the job & received his payment the area was reviewed & the stump found to still be in place. Tried contacting both Mr. Ergin & his representative Eric to make them aware of the issue. Received a call back on September 16, 2014 from Eric who noted that he would need to examine the issue; however, since then after leaving countless messages for both Mr. Ergin & Eric there has been no further response from this company's owner or representative.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund as these individuals have shown no courtesy, good faith or intent to resolve this issue.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. I am willing to resolve the issue as it has caused me too many stressful hours. I am however, disappointed that it took these turn of events for Mr. Ergin to admit that he did not have the equipment to complete the task. I would like to thank the Revdex.com for the efforts applied in trying to assist in the matter.
