I will never rent or recommend this company to anyone We rented from them for a year and it was a year to longOffice can't keep employee's, they never return phone calls, you are told something by one person and then something totally different from someone elseThe owner himself can't even return phone callsThe some of the things that were on the move in report never got fixedIt took them times to fix our A/C unitThen when you turn in your exit letter they want to show the house when you are still in it and then not give you a hr notice or a return call back that you can come back to your homeThey also want to charge an extreme fee for things that cost way less

ERA Chappell & Associates is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is horrible, employees are rude and never return our calls. They violated the TN Code about security deposit. Yes they took our entire security deposit $1350 and wanting more from us. They couldn't provide us any proof of receipts that the work was done against our deposit. I absolutely hate this place. We rented from them for a little over a year and thank goodness we don't have to deal with them any longer. I HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!! No wonder this business has low rating all over the Internet and I wish we have known about this company. Since the first day we moved in we had a bad experience. We tried taking the 2 ladies that gave us a run around and gave us false information about not being charged against our security deposit to court. . It turns out ... We have to sue the company. Not the 2 women who lied to us and the ones we dealt with in the beginning. So basically they proved to us that they don't have to do their job the right way and get people to believe them and later on get charged an arm and a leg for something. But its not their fault because they are just the "employees", so they can lie to us and take advantage of us and of course they are not the ones to blame. Its the company and thats exactly what they did. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!! Absolutely hate them!!!
