Review: When given a printed estimate on a smog for my vehicle there was no mention of a service charge of $25 for registering my vehicle with the DMV. When I was given the final total of services AFTER I paid I noticed the $25 fee. When I asked him about it he said "I thought I told you about it." I replied " No you did not." After going back and forth about him not telling me another employee or manager came in and said that it was a done deal and there was nothing they could do about it because I had the registration sticker in my hand and it was final. I said "If I would have known about having to pay 25 extra dollars I would have easily went home and registered it my self online." After I finally realized I would get no satisfaction from him I said "Ok" and left. They do have a posted sign of the fee. But the location is not optimal. When you walk in it is to your immediate left about head high. When you are talking to the employee your back is to the sign which is rear left about head high and you are facing the employee.Desired Settlement: I would simply like a refund of my $25.

We have spoken with the customers soon as we received the complaint and offered to refund him the $25. I just spoke with the customer a few minutes ago and he told me that he's been busy and hadn't had time to come by our business and pick up that refund. We will still issue the refund that we agreed on when ever the customer has a chance to come by. Unfortunately our grade with Revdex.com is "F" because of billing issues. We would like to take care of the refund asap so we can update our files. Thank you for your time.
