Bought a used Dodge Ram Friday, DecLess than miles later the rear end is so loud I knew something was VERY wrongThey disclosed a little rear end noise, which the general manager said "All dodge's have"Bemis Auto looked at the vehicle today, days later and admitted the rear end was bad and needed to be replaced, which they refused to doAgain, the general manager said he's "Sick of calls like this and hates selling to local people"Does this mean it happens often? I don't mind working on a used vehicle, but to have it less than a day and have a major repair on it is bad business and they should be ashamed of themselvesThey won't even work with us on the splitting the cost, or us paying for a rear end and their mechanics putting it inIf they would have said it was bad that would have been more honest, but to say it was no big deal to our face and sell us something knowing it was bad is very poor business practices
