Equine Coast Trailers

I purchased a Horse Trailer from Equine Coast Trailers LTD. Paid 3200 dollars for said trailer. They never delivered the trailer as promised.

is confirmed..PAYMENT. Payment shall be made to Equine Coast Trailers LTD, in the amount of US$ 3,200.00 before shipping procedure is started. In addition to any other right or remedy provided by law, if *** fails to pay for the Goods when due, Equine Coast Trailers LTD has the option to treat such failure to pay as a material breach of this Contract, and may cancel this Contract and/or seek legal remedies. All payments shall be made to Seller's designated account details provided after the acceptance of this contract. 3.DELIVERY. Time is of the essence in the performance of this Contract. Seller will arrange for delivery by carrier chosen by Seller. Delivery shall be completed within 15 days after the payment is confirmed.

I have since e-mailed said seller, and the email now will not go through. So, it appears that this person scams people out of their money. The person's name is Adrian V A.

I did everything Equine Coast Trailers LTD asked, including signing the contract and delivering the money.
