This firm has no physical address, screens calls and doesn't answer emails . They also do not contact a professional tax preparer so they lost my friend hundreds of dollars not filing for WI Homestead credit stating they can't get the group home administrator to fill out the rent certificate. But guess what, there is other ways to prove rent was paid. Then when you bring it to their attention and explain we can still file and receive the credit for four years past they won't supply the information.
They also don't do a thing to make sure their clients have what they need but give the disposable income to the group home to decide how to spend it. And they get paid! If you loved one has any money left over and the amount gets close to $2000 (the Medicaid asset maximum) they buy funeral policies. To date as POA we have not been able to get the policies. These people need to be investigated and shut down!

Don't expect too be treated like a person, or get your emails or calls returned without calling or emailing multiple timesthis company has soo many clients and not enough workers too help each and every one, lets say you email a person, a week later no reply, weeks still nothingyet you send a second email bam next day reply with an excuse why they took so long in a replyonly problem with believing this lie is it happened times in a row, and good luck getting anybody on the phone, its like they purposely screen the call and let it go too voice mailThis place treats you like a payday and number instead of a person, I do not feel this place deserves too be handling anybodies SSI without being investigated or maybe train the employees on replying sooner, also this happened a while back I finally got ahold of an agent and instead of offering a solution too my issue they said "If you don't like the service find another place" no empathy or careI will be leaving this placeand hope nobody decides too chose themun professional and pathetic
