Review: This company should not be able to work in peoples homes. This was a nightmare experience from beginning to end. Lack of communication and very, very, poor workmanship was evident from day 1. A job that was promised to be finished in a short amount of time was still on going weeks later. They did not show up when they were scheduled and were late when they did. The owner [redacted] made so many promises that were never delivered. It came to a point that I was uneasy with telling the contractor if I was unhappy with something. The final straw was when the grouting of my bathroom was about to begin and almost every tile was either cut improperly or crooked. The main concern of [redacted] was to just keep asking us for the money. This is what he seemed to care about the most. We had three independent opinions come in to look at the job and all agreed that all of the work to this point needed to be torn out and restarted. We did in fact do so and now have wasted a fortune on all of the tile that need to be thrown away. We have since went and purchased all new tile and have started from scratch. When tearing EPS's work out many other short cuts and improper tactics were unveiled. We did contact [redacted] and ask him to fix a hole that he accidentally put in our wall in another room and refund us some of our money. His response was we still owe him money and he will see us in court. This being said I would recommend that you do not use this company and steer clear of this business. I would also like to add that I have never filed a complaint before but feel so strongly about this that I just had to do it.Desired Settlement: We asked for pipe that was accidentally broken and hole in the wall be fixed. We also asked for a $750.00 refund back.
