Per [redacted], Owner of Epoxy Bonding of Kentucky Inc. I feel that Ms. [redacted]'s state is totally inaccurate. I have been out to her home several times to show her that I did care and each time we would apply more epoxy basically to appease her.The problem was she had another crack that was...
leaking and when I showed her she said that wasn't the problem. It's obvious it wasn't what we repaired. As an Accredited Business with the Revdex.com for 17 years and in good standing with no complaints my level of commitment to my products and service speaks for itself. However I will refund Ms. [redacted] her money with the understanding this is full and final settlement. Enclosed is the refund.
